This research has conducted on efficacy of three synthetic insecticides (Emamectin Benozate, Acetamiprid and Lambda cyhalothrin) and one botanical insecticide (Need seed extract) against Citrus psyllid Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Homoptera: Psyllidae) the objective of this study was to evaluate the most effective insecticide among the four insecticide that are Emamectin Benozate, Acetamiprid, Need seed extract and Lambda cyhalothrin for management of Diaphornia citri in citrus plants. Experiment was conducted at New Developmental Farm The University of Agriculture, Peshawar in spring 2018, using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) in which fifteen plants were selected and each plant characterized into four sides then 5 leafs were selected per side for data recording after application of these insecticides at various time durations continuously for 2months as counting of Diaphornia citri numbers per leaf. Data were statistically analyzed by statistix 8.1 software version 2012. As result from this research exhibit that lambda cyhalothrin was found best and shows significant difference among all other four insecticides.

There are only nine tables in this case so it is easy to compute them all. We can see this because the smallest fix margin is 8. The cells in this row must add up to 8, so the only possible values of r are 0 through 8. If the smallest margin instead was 20 million as it might be in an RNA Seq data set you are going to have an awful lot of different tables to add up! That is why we use the chi-squared test. The software that we are going to use transitions smoothly between the two tests depending on the size of the smallest margin.

Open your browser and go to SPSS Statistics System Requirements to find more detailed requirements on specific systems, hardware and operating systems. You will need to know this information to make sure your system meets the software's minimum requirements.

For academic users teaching the fundamentals of time series methods, SCA offers an Educational Edition that encapsulates time-tested capabilities in time series analysis and forecasting. The Educational Edition is regularly priced at $395. We also offer student bundling of SCA software with the book Time Series Analysis and Forecasting at a very affordable price. Depending on course coverage, the SCA Educational Edition or other more advanced SCA Editions may be bundled. The

Additional software ports and certifications may continue after the initial release of BEA Tuxedo 8.1. For information regarding subsequent ports and certifications, please refer to the Platform Support information on the BEA web site at the following link:

x86 or x86-64 denotes various CPUs based on x86 or x86-64 architecture.BEA Tuxedo 32-bit binaries are supported on 64-bit operating systems, such as on 64-bit versions of HP-UX, Solaris, AIX and Windows. This support is based on OS vendor compatibility assurance that 32-bit applications can run on 64-bit OS without any changes. For more 32-bit application support on 64-bit OS information, please refer to respective OS vendor documentation.BEA Tuxedo is considered supported in virtualization software environments provided by the operating system vendor (such as Solaris Containers, HP-UX VM and AIX6 WPARs). Even though BEA has performed limited testing in these environments, the support is based on the OS vendor compatibility statement that software applications will run in a virtualization software environment without any changes. Other virtualization software environments (such as VMWare), are also considered supported, provided that the virtualization software environment is supported by the operating system vendor and the support criteria specified in the operating system data sheets are met.

Before running the BEA Tuxedo software, you may need to reconfigure the interprocess communication (IPC) parameters shown in the figure titled "BEA Administration Window with IPC Resources Page Displayed" on page 2-13 in Using BEA Tuxedo ATMI on Windows. For instructions about reconfiguring the IPC parameters, see "Configuring IPC Resources to Maximize System Performance" on page 2-12 in Using BEA Tuxedo ATMI on Windows and Checking IPC Requirements.

The Red Hat Linux kernel parameters are preconfigured with setting sufficient for running the BEA Tuxedo 8.1 software. If you want to change any parameter settings, refer to the Red Hat Linux documentation.

SPSS is an application that lets you manage your statistics data and research. This development software provides advanced predictive analytics, text analysis, and machine learning algorithms for researchers, government agencies, and survey companies. It can integrate and deploy information to data processing apps and allows organizations to address research problems, predict outcomes, and improve their efficiency. Note, however, that this is the 64bit version. The 32bit is available on a different download link.

SPSS is a feature-rich app that gives professional users total manipulative control over personal information and collected data. With this software, you can use statistics and other forms of data to create illustrations and graphs to showcase the information gathered. This data analyzer is a versatile instrument with a super responsive GUI. It provides analytical tools through a wide range of functions, all of which are designed to make collating data easier.

However, users must note that the app is super large in size and takes a long time to install. Moreover, the app is designed strictly for professional use. Users who have no experience with this type of software will have a hard time utilizing its features. There are video tutorials and walk-through guides available. However, it is still challenging to use.

As mentioned, SPSS offers plenty of options for performing advanced data analysis. Inside the software, you will find tools for statistical procedures for great accuracy and quality data interpretation. You will also have options for integration with open-source software via R or Python. Furthermore, it has flexible deployment features, extension addition, and many others.

Then purified culture was further identified or confirmed from nucleotide sequencing by using two primers of Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) sequence of rDNA and partial glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) genes. The detail of primers used for the identification of fungal pathogens in the present study is given in Table 1. The amplified PCR products were sent for sequencing and the results were analyzed by nucleotide Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) analysis. Homology of sequences was checked with corresponding strains in GenBank database and used for the identification of fungi. Bio-edit (Ver. 7.2) software was used for NCBI blast analysis. All the sequence alignment files were downloaded with FASTA format and submitted to the Multiple sequence alignment tool using MUSCLE. Then the maximum likelihood trees were constructed using MEGA (ver. 6) software. Phylogenetic distances were estimated by the method of Jukes and Cantor. The tree topology was inferred by the neighbour-joining method with a 500-bootstrap value. The analysis involved 29 nucleotide sequences with ITS primer and 17 nucleotide sequences with GAPDH. 2ff7e9595c
